_ Our Vision
Energy Business Parks
We plan to build a mix of Solar and Open Cycle Turbine Power Generation plant on distressed land that has sufficient space to potentially put WtE plants and connect to neighbouring storage assets. In this way, our properties can evolve into "Renewable Energy Business Parks" where the businesses on the sites can operate independently or symbiotically, as appropriate, and they can all leverage each other's needs and resources to reduce each others infrastructure and interconnect costs and further improve returns. The beauty of this approach is that as each asset class is self financing it has the option and the potential for rapid expansion and substantial growth.
